From Love Hina Wiki
Episode 8 of the anime: Kendo girl and the legend of the dragon palace: Is this a dream? it is probaly the funnest to watch. An old games console and game cartridge have been found.
Motoko isn't interested so she goes to the teahouse, where she has been invited to go by her fan club. There she is told that she seems to be losing her calmness, maybe because of anxiety caused by living under the same roof as a man.
Later, on the annex rooftop, Naru confirms Motoko's suspicions that Keitaro's existence is a source of irritation, and he has no redeeming qualities.
Meditating at a Shinto shrine, Motoko concludes that there's no alternative. She must drive Keitaro off.
Unsheathing her sword, Motoko passes through a succession of doors until she encounters a haggard-looking Keitaro, who babbles about how the game won't end and someone must take over for him, before collapsing on the floor.
Motoko then encounters a fantasy Naru, sparkling and dressed like a princess, who invites her to a ball at the castle. The evil Dragon King then appears and seizes the fantasy Naru. Motoko then finds herself transported to a beach, where two small boys are kicking a large turtle. The boys turn out to be young versions of Shirai and Haitani, while the turtle turns out to be Keitaro. Motoko drives the boys away, and is thanked by turtle-Keitaro, who sheds his shell and introduces himself as "Keitaro the Brave".
Motoko concludes that she is inside Keitaro's dream. She is persuaded, reluctantly, to play along with the dream.
Kaolla turns up, riding a giant ostrich which lays a large number of eggs. She mixes these eggs in a giant blender, along with Motoko and Keitaro. Then a giant frog and a giant newt appear, along with Kitsune and Shinobu. All the Hinata residents in the dream are child versions of their usual selves.
The pursuit of the evil Dragon King resumes, taking the questers to Hinata Hot Springs, then to the teahouse (where they meet the "white mage", a young version of Haruka), then the gift shop (where they find the "legendary triangle flag", an ordinary-looking pennant), then Hinata pond (where they meet the "dragon" - a giant version of Tama-chan) and finally to the palace of the evil Dragon King (Hinata House).
Motoko encounters and challenges the Dragon King. In a swordfight she splits his mask - revealing the face of her elder sister. She then has a flashback of a childhood incident which involved her sister. She finally realizes that she is in her own dream, not in Keitaro's.
Motoko sees the young Keitaro and his "promise girl" making their promise to go the Tokyo U together. The scene changes to one of all the other Hinata residents, all as children, playing together in the sand pit. They invite Motoko to join them. Motoko, who has been in adult form throughout the dream, is finally persuaded to morph into a child, but she wakes before she can join the others in play.
Finding that she has been in the Shinto shrine all the time, Motoko runs to Hinata house, where she wants to join in the video game, but she is annoyed to find that the others are no longer playing but have collapsed in exhaustion. The message on screen says "Happy end!"
In an epilogue, Keitaro has found another game cartridge. This game is about a manager of a girl's dorm. He's so pleased to find it, he rushes into the hot springs area, oblivious tot he fact that Naru and Motoko are there. As usual he is sent flying, this time by simultaneous kicks from the two girls.
