Hinoshima

Hinoshima (Sun Island) is a popular summer vacation spot in Japan with its beaches, holiday inns and surrounding islands.

During the summer the Hinata House from Hinata opens a Beachside Tea House with a traditional stage performance for customers. A summer festival also occurs on the island during the summer.
In the Love Hina anime Noriyasu Seta worked an archeological dig site near the beach.

Location Design

Hinoshima Station is based on the Enoshima Electric Railway Station in Fujisawa
. The Hinoshima beach is based on the Enoshima Katase beach in Fujisawa.
